We are situated in rural Lincolnshire, on the doorstep to the Lincolnshire Wolds. We are just 50 mins from the east coast which offers attractions from the resorts of Skegness and Cleethorpes to wet land wildlife reserves. Go to our links page for lots of links to local tourist information and attractions. The large cities of Sheffield and Nottingham are about 1 hr away and rail links are good with the east coast main line being only 20 mins from Lincoln.
There are 44 houses and cottages on the Hackthorn estate. We also have a number of commercial properties created from redundant buildings.
Our pace of life is relaxed, transport problems few, and we are awarded a quality of life that is not found in many areas.
